Let go the stones
By
Fill your favourite backpack with heavy stones, put it on your shoulders and carry it with you wherever you go for the next seven days.
You’re not allowed to put the backpack down.
You have to go to work with it; you have to take a shower with it; you have to sleep with it.
How would you feel after a week?
Now, we don’t literally have a backpack filled with stones on our shoulders, but, we often drag with us a massive amount of pains, grudges, regrets, and feelings of unforgiveness towards ourselves and others that are holding us down.
Drop your stones
That’s why we often feel stuck in our mind with the sensation that life is passing by, but we are not accomplishing anything. Try to drive your car with the hand brake on.
How far do you think you can go?
The point is, we all have a past, and we all have pains that feel like stones on our shoulders, but, it is in our power to decide to drop those pains.
It’s by our willingness to decide to lighten up our backpacks one stone at a time.
Let it hurt. Let it bleed. Let it heal. And Let it go. – Nikita Gill.
